1) Delivery Status

1.1 How quickly will my Order be delivered?

  • Your Items will be sent out within 1-3 Business days following receipt of your payment.

1.2 Where is my Order?

  • The Order Confirmation that you have received by email, contains information such as a Delivery Tracking Number, name of the delivery company, and the expected delivery date. You can track your order using these details.

3)  Returns/Exchanges

3.1 How can I return my Item and get my money back?

  • The refund of your money will take 24 working hours following the receipt of your returned Items. Your refund will be made in the same way as the initial payment was made. However, the bank usually takes 3-5 days to show the money in your account.

3.2 I would like to exchange the Item for a smaller/larger model. Can I return the Item and calculate the difference in price?

  • Sure! We can definitely offer you an exchange just go to our Return Page and follow the instructions.

3.4 Can I return Items?

  • Yes! Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

4.1 Why is the shipping time 6-12 days?

The items are not boxed in a warehouse that ships immediately. Instead every time you order the product is made from scratch by assembling the major parts. This is to ensure that all products are checked for quality before being shipped to you. Therefore, the extra delay of shipping in order to provide you the best online shopping experience ever.
